James I. Miller Obituary

James I. Miller, born on May 29, 1942, passed away on August 24, 2026. James leaves behind family members and others who acknowledge this loss. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Paul Miller and Helen Miller (Purdy); his former wife Barbara Huitt; his children, James Jr. and Lisa; his spouse Vickilee Danhoff (Purvis); his children, PJ and Jayne; his grandchildren, Ian Miller (Lauren Wierenga), Izaak Miller (Kayla Pennie), Aidan Miller, Erik Miller-Galow (Jennie Scheerer), Evan Miller-Galow, Mason and Molly Sabaitis; and his great grandchild Kuzan James Miller.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 11:00 AM and at 11:30 AM at the South Martin Cemetery.

Memorial donations may be directed to the Martin United Methodist Church or Maple Lawn Medical Care Facility, Coldwater, Michigan.
