She was predeceased by: her parents, Burt LeRoy and Margaret Girdham (Allen); her siblings, Betty Hamilton (Bill), Rose Jackson (Leo), Donald "Mike" Girdham (June) and Jim Girdham; her grandson Jonathan; and her great grandchild Remy.
She is survived by: her husband Roger Lambert; her children, Beth Ann Anspaugh (Ken) of Pittsford, David Hodge of Coldwater, Jamie Hodge (Marlene) of Hillsdale, Amy Tidwell of Crossville, TN, Jason Lambert (Kylie) of Coldwater and Jimmy Potter of Lansing; her grandchildren, Brookelyn, Sam, Madison, Emma, Kallie, Rose, Ashton, Travis and Jade; her great grandchildren, Dillan, Alex, Samantha Jo, Aurora, Bella and Hudson; her former husband Dan Hodge of Athens, TN; and her brothers, Bob, Ronnie and George Girdham.
Memorial contributions are suggested to the Alzheimer's Association or American Cancer Society.
