He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Niner and Irene Niner (Grodi). He is survived by: his daughters, Terian Hassenzahl (Roy) and Marian Xaiver (Ethan); his grandsons, Craig and Jeremy Hassenzahl (Amy); and his great grandchildren, Jeremy Jr. and Hunter. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 29th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Brown-Van Hemert Funeral Homes - Hudson (504 W Main St, Hudson, MI 49247). A funeral service will be held on Friday, May 29th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location. The military honors will be held on Monday, June 1st 2026 at 11:30 AM at the Fort Custer National Cemetery (15501 W Dickman Rd, Augusta, MI 49012).
