He is survived by: his significant other Lauri Bishop of Dewitt, MI; his children, Ashley Jaquette of Lansing, MI, Katie Harmon (Corey) of Allen, MI, Randy Regan, Jr. (Kirsten) of Portland, MI, Bryan Regan (Erin) of Coldwater, MI and Bradley Regan of Dewitt, MI; his siblings, Tom Regan (Kim) of Onaway, MI, Mike Regan (Cheri) of Portland, MI, Brian Regan of Mason, MI, Kevin Regan (Marisol) of Lansing, MI, Patrick Regan (Tina) of Lansing, MI, Lisa Ackley (Rick) of Perry, MI and Lynda Arnett (Steve) of Ovid, MI; and his grandchildren, Brendan, Jordan, Silas Jaquette, Tristan Richardson, Camden, Sophia Harmon, Daniel, Kaylynn Nongueskwa, Ryan, Emily, Beau Regan, Dusty and Bexlie Regan. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
