He was predeceased by: his parents, John Springhall and Mabel Springhall (Hill); his daughter Becky Springhall; his brother Pat Selders; and his son-in-law Jeffrey Swanson.
He is survived by: his wife Virginia Springhall of Coldwater; his children, Pamela Barrows (Lloyd) of Coldwater, Laurie Swanson of Coldwater and John Springhall (Judi) of Coldwater; and his siblings, Mike Selders, David Selders and Sally Horrigan. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
