She was predeceased by: her parents, Wayne Murdock and Olive Murdock (Mason); her husband Gerald Worden; her brother Carl Murdock; her great grandchildren, Kayla, Madison and McKensie Wagoner; her brother-in-law Robert Counterman; and her former husband Carl Karn.
She is survived by: her children, Sally Erlewine of Coldwater and Wayne Karn (Cherly) of Battle Creek; her sister Carol Counterman of Onsted; her grandchildren, Sonya Wolfcale (Darin), Brandon Karn (Rachel) and Jessica Belshay (Robert); her great grandchildren, Isaiah Zepf, Brandon Zepf, Nikole McGrath and Julia Karn; and her great great grandchildren, Ronan McGrath, Francesca McGrath and Thomas Stars. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In addition to her passion for helping others, she was a strong advocate for animals, and made it a point to donate to the Branch County Humane Society every month.
