He is survived by: his wife Diana Ankney; his daughters, Kim Miller (Robert) and Trudy Cook (Bill Derrickson); his brother Donnie Ankney (Theresa); his grandchildren, Chase Miller (Alicia), Jacob Miller (Lucy), Nicholas Cook (Ally Parrish) and Breydyn Cook (Emma Scholfield); his great grandchildren, Sonny, Frankie and Ronnie; and his close friends, Mike and Rochelle Shepard. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
