She was predeceased by: her parents, Chasley J. Herman and Gertrude G. Herman (Philbrick); her husband Per Johnson; and her siblings, Norris Herman, Lawrence Herman and Lucile Batterson.
She is survived by: her children, Christopher Johnson, Mark Johnson (Arlene), EllenSue Johnson and Todd Johnson (Patty); her grandchild Irissa Johnson; her children, Ashley Winston (Ross), Tye Johnson, Shalimar Johnson (Bobby Howard) and Kayla (Zach Gethin); her stepgrandchildren, Sarah Raymond (Ryan) and Courtney VanHagen (Kevin); her great grandchild Paxton; her stepgrandchildren, Arianna Winston, Remy Winston, Connor Winston, Jaxsin Howard, Parker Howard, Jackson Raymond, Kennedy Raymond, Ronan VanHagen and Bodhi VanHagen; her adoptive daughter Amy Blakely; and her sister Suzanne Colvin (Larry). She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the West Girard Cemetery (946 River Rd, Union City, MI 49036).
