She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Harmon and Juanita Harmon (Higgs); her husband Charlie Palmer; and her brother Bill Harmon. She is survived by: her stepdaughter Marsha Woods; her siblings, Shirley Cable, Edward "Sonny" Harmon and Linda Motter; and her half-brother Jim Barr. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
