He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilma Hyland (Hill) and Weir G. Hyland; his siblings, Nancy Lou Burtch, Maryjo Allen and Thomas Spencer Hyland; and his brothers-in-law, John Burtch and Daryl Allen.
He is survived by: his sister-in-law Phylis Hyland; his cousins, Richard Hill and Shirley Palmateer; and his nieces and nephews, Gary Burtch (Faye), Steven Burtch, Lisa Warner (Phillip), Lynn Welty (Don), Tanis Allen Rosoff (Stephen) and Craig Allen (Maria). He is also survived by great-great nieces and nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Coldwater Elks Lodge or the American Legion Post #52 and will be received by Dutcher Funeral Home in Coldwater, to whom funeral arrangements have been entrusted.
