She is survived by: her children, Damien Adkins (Cherie), Jayme Isham (Stephen) and Neil Hannah Jr. (Denise); her siblings, Steven Slagle (Susan), Sherman Slagle (Diann), Allen Slagle (Rosalie) and Diane Tagert; her grandchild Courtney; her siblings, Caitlin (Izac), Trey, Charles, Joseph, Abigail, E'laysia, Savannah, Neil III, Peter and Dennis; and her close friends, Connie Rumsey and Ann-Marie Bentley. She is also survived by her 6 great grandchildren.
