She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Clay and Onda Clay (Swartzbaugh); her husband Leslie Penrod; her daughter Karen McClughen; and her siblings, Regenia McCurdy, Janice Braumbriester, Paul Clay and Norman Clay.
She is survived by: her children, Howard Penrod (Susan) of Vermontville, MI and Sheila Mann (Gordon) of Yorktown, VA. She is also survived by her 8 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; 3 great-great grandchildren; her many loving nieces and nephews; and several campground friends.
Memorial donations are suggested to Make a Wish Foundation or to the First Baptist Church in Coldwater.
