She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick Wilhelm and Esther Wanar (Bergman); her former husband Wayne German of Bronson; her brother Wally; and her sister-in-law Patricia Wanar Marshall.
She is survived by: her sons, Scott German (Jennifer) of Coldwater and Todd German (Cathy); her granddaughters, Rachel, Katie and Grace of Fort Wayne, Indiana; her son Mark German (Michelle); her grandchildren, Brianna, Benjamin and Tyler of Temperance, Michigan; and her sisters, Judy Stansell (Jack) of Coldwater and Martha Eye (Jerry) of Isle. She is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
