He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Martin Bartholomei, Peggy and Ken Stutzman. He is survived by: his parents, Brett Smith and Linda Bartholomei Smith; his sons, Max Tyler Baldwin and Miles Cooper Smith; his siblings, Danea Smith of Watervliet, Michigan, Bradley Smith of Coloma, Michigan and Joshua Smith (Ashley) of Paducah, Kentucky.; his grandmother Gloria Bartholomei of St. Joseph, Michigan; and his parents-in-law, Kendi Henley (Jeremy) of St. Joseph, Michigan and Kenneth Baldwin of Princeton, Illinois.. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
