He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Durham and Wanda Durham. He is survived by: his friend Gwen; his daughter Gwenyth Durham; his brother Brian Durham; his stepmother Janet Durham; his aunt Jan; his uncle Larry Durham; his cousins, Amy and Brook; his pet Muffy; his extended family, Blake and Correna; his grandchildren, Lewis, Bill and Dorothy Durham; and his cousin Sean Lewis.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in care of Matt's daughter Gwen.
