She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Hawryszko and Rose Hawryszko (Szczepaniak); her son Don Brasko; her husband Leonard Brasko; her siblings, Stella Kamradt, John Hawryszko and Tommy Hawryszko; her grandson Matthew Frank Ingels; and her niece Linda Hawryszko.

She is survived by: her daughter Donna Rentas; her daughter-in-law Lauren Brasko; her brothers, David Hawryszko (Susan) and Daniel Hawryszko; her grandchildren, Romy Ingels, Christopher, Jordan, Scott and Tim Brasko; her great grandchildren, Jonathan, Jessica Ingels, Owen Brasko and Mateo Brasko; her great great grandchildren, Isabelle, Elliana and Olivia Ingels; her nieces and nephews, Larry, Sandy, Debbie, Eddie and Johnny; her close friend Art Stanley; her pet Pippa; and her extended family Donna.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Jane's memory may be made to the family.
