He was predeceased by: his parents, Carmine Perrapato and Ruth Perrapato (Billings). He is survived by: his wife Christine; his children, Jeff Jr. Perrapato (Jess) of Minnesota and Heidi Baushke of Coloma; his brother Scott Perrapato (Tracy) of Vermont; and his grandchildren, Loghan, Jordane and Brody. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
