He was predeceased by: his parents, Rodney Faultersack and Dorothy Faultersack (Van Eyk). He is survived by: his wife Rebecca; his children, Michelle Hernandez (Ryan) and Michael Faultersack (Becca Bookout); his siblings, Adam Faultersack and Karen Geren (Jerry); and his grandchildren, Samuel Cooper (Lola) and Audra Bookout. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
