With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Margaret DuVernay of Coloma, Michigan, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 20, 2025 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles C. Courtad and Veronica E. Courtad (Alt); her husband Gilbert R. DuVernay; her son Charles C. DuVernay; and her brother Pascal Courtad.
She is survived by: her children, Gilbert A. DuVernay (Teresa), Steven J. DuVernay, Rebecca A. Darling (Jeff) and Mark E. DuVernay; her brother Owen Courtad (Barbara); her grandchildren, Kristin (Doug), Tim (Karen), Michael (Angela), Brianna (Travis), Evie, Jacob (Meghann) and Benjamin (Jessica); and her great grandchildren, Corynn, Riley, Ariel, Elijah, Ashleigh, Sofia, Mason, Thomas and Braxton.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Marge's memory may be made to the St. Joseph Catholic Food Pantry in Watervliet or Our Lady of Consolation in Carey, Ohio.
