While his presence may be gone, his impact lives on in the kindness shown to others and the joy found in the ordinary moments of life.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon D. Barton and Iva M. Barton (Snow); and his brother Jack. He is survived by: his brother Leslie Barton (Marci); his sister-in-law Martha Barton; and his nieces and nephews, Andy Barton (Jennifer), Brad Barton (Susan), James Rice (Carol), Kimberly McClure (Lance) and Ruth Anderson (Philip).
If desired, the family suggests memorials be made in memory of Dale to either the Humane Society of Southwestern Michigan or your local animal shelter.
