Diane Evelyn McKelvey Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Diane Evelyn McKelvey of Colon, Michigan, who passed away on July 17, 2025, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Ward and Merle Ward (Pickert); her husband Alec McKelvey; and her sister Marilyn Keefe. She is survived by: her children, Todd Stevens (Maria) and Kelli Poortenga (Mike); her grandchildren, Brandon Poortenga (Kaity) and Kyle Poortenga (Kayla); and her great grandchildren, Kolter and Kash. She is also survived by family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Schipper Funeral Home (308 S Blackstone Ave #9340, Colon, MI 49040). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
