He was predeceased by: his wife Nancy Hook; his parents, Robert Hook and Bessie Hook (Overmyer); his siblings, Robert Hook and Susan Hook; and his brother-in-law Gerry Grothjan.
He is survived by: his children, Sheila Zimmer (Dave), Jason Hook (Amy), Todd Adams (Terry), Mike Adams and Susan Adams; his sister Judy Grothjan; and his sister-in-law Carolyn Hook. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren.
