He was predeceased by: his parents, Franklin and Fannie. He is survived by: his wife Teresa; his children, Bruce York, Matthew Johnson, Jeremy Johnson, Cody Johnson (Ryanne), Tabatha VanNess, Tyler VanNess (Chelsea), Isabella May (Zach) and Trevor VanNess; his stepfather Roger Young; his grandchildren, Elijah, Ethan, Everleigh, Mia, Hazel and Mason; his sisters, Marcella Smith (Wendell) and Tina Kramer; and his siblings' children, Hannah, Sean and Brittany.
