He was predeceased by: his grandfather Jerald. He is survived by: his parents, Karen Pawlak and Anthony Pawlak; his siblings, Brittany Reynolds (Patrick), Brandon Pawlak (Whitny) and Cheyenne Pawlak (Josh); his nieces and nephews, Jacob, Ethan, Owen, Aspen, Jaxon, Weston, Oliver, Raegan and Leighton; his grandmother Karen; and his pet Miss Kitty. He is also survived by Nephew as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins, friends.
