He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Simons and Beatrice Simons; his sister Marlene; his brother-in-law Ray Houston; and his nephew David Houston.
He is survived by: his wife Lynn Simons; his children, Dawn Willman (Phil) and Anthony Simons (Michele); his grandchildren, Maria Galante, Laci Galante, Vincent Galante, McKenzie Willman, Kierra Simons, Mackenzie Simons and Connor Simons; his nephew Randy; and his niece Peggy Houston (family: Vern, Lynne Houston, Terri Houston).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Young Colonial Chapel Funeral Home (4061 St Clair Hwy, East China, MI 48054). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers memorials are suggested to F.O.E. #2784 Fair Haven or any local AMVETS or a charity of donor's choice.
