He was predeceased by: his parents, Vallie Porrett and Lester Porrett; and his wife Margaret. He is survived by: his daughters, Kathy Moran (Dave), Lori Mayer (Nicholas) and Lisa Merriman (Brian); his grandchildren, Jessica Garrison, Mathew Garrison, Nicholas Mayer, David Moran (Amy), Nicole Moran Tige, Hannah Merriman and Grace Merriman; his brother Terry Porrett (Linda); and his sisters-in-law, Theresa Rabine (Norm) and Marie Belbeck (Harry). He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
