He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Plagens and Ethel Plagens; and his siblings, Raymond, Stanley, Elroy, Grace, Aleta, Francis (Na Dean) and Inez.
He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Plagens. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
