We announce the death of Adam Peter Angelas of Commerce Township, Michigan, born in Mansfield, Ohio, who passed away on August 22, 2026, at the age of 90. Adam will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter K. Angelas and Pagona Angelas; and his brother Gus Angelas. He is survived by: his wife Calliope A. Angelas; his children, Peter A. Angelas (Gina) and Anita Kondyles (Dino); his grandchildren, Adam Angelas, Dimitri Angelas (Amanda), Alexander Angelas (Julie), Loukas Kondyles and Chrysoula Kondyles; his nephew Peter K. Angelas (Kathy); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Dinos, Katie and Amalia; his nephew George K. Angelas (Debbie); his great-nephew Pete; his great-nieces, Andrea and Maria; his niece Despina Catsikopoulos (Basile); his great-nephew John; and his great-niece Stephanie.

Visitation was held on Sunday, August 30th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. The lying in state was held on Monday, August 31st 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Holy Cross Greek Orthodox Church (25225 Middlebelt Rd, Farmington Hills, MI 48336). A funeral service was held on Monday, August 31st 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
