She was predeceased by: her parents, Cataldo DiForti and Santa DiForti (Collesano); her husband John Garofalo; and her brother Tony DiForti. She is survived by: her children, Linda Kilduff (Gary), Sandra Lucas, Deborah Bireley (Blaine), Daniel Garofalo (Diana) and Carla Garofalo (Tony Prudhomme); her grandchildren, Heather Gray (John), LeighAnne Ward, Charles Lucas, Alison Kilduff, Christina Turner, John Garofalo, Daniel Garofalo and Katelyn Garofalo; her great grandchildren, Kelsey Ward, Mackayla Ward, Kaleena Williams, Jacob Gray, Ava Gray, Perryá Pope, Alanzae McCullers and Torence White; and her sisters, Agnese DiForti and Rose Cubba.
