With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Joseph Leonard Franges of Commerce Township, Michigan, born in Johnstown, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 1, 2025 at the age of 73. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Anthony Franges Jr. and Constance Lucille Spampinato. He is survived by: his wife Marcia; his daughters, Hannah Franges-Leimbach (Zac) and Emma Franges; and his siblings, Cecelia Fulkerson (Jim), Matthew Franges, Raphael Franges (Pearl), Edmund Franges, Bernadette Walters (Joe), Mary Panek (Kevin), Paul "Michael" Franges (Al) and Phillip Franges (Cherie). He is also survived by his family and grand pups.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the L. J. Griffin Funeral Home, Northrop-Sassaman Chapel (19091 Northville Road, Northville, MI 48168). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the same location.
