He is survived by: his wife Leah Meredith (Laffrey); his children, Gina Meredith (Shane Larson) and Neil Meredith Jr. (Leah Retherford); his stepson Nicholas Cicchetti; and his granddaughter Isabella Cicchetti. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
