He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Perrin and Donna Perrin. He is survived by: his significant other Mary Jo Perrin; his children, Jenny Wellman (Chad) and Jake Perrin (Sarah); and his friend Carl. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 4 brothers along with many nieces, nephews.
