He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Hikade and Josephine Hikade (Gryka); and his sister Susan Ledin Lachneit. He is survived by: his wife Camille Hikade (Nurski); his daughters, Katy Holcombe, Dana Hikade and Trisha Hikade; and his siblings, Roberta Foreman, Marie Easterday, Margaret Purdy, Irene Driscoll, Sarah Stephan and Anthony Hikade. He is also survived by six grandchildren, one great grandson.
