She is survived by: her daughters, Victoria Hunt (Chris Bailey), Lisa Cummings and Debra Forth (Dave); her grandchildren, Lindsay, Dustin, Greg, Sophie of Kate, CJ, Joe, Erin and Ryan; her siblings, Sandra Austin (Dennis), Patty Moore and Terry Moore (Patricia); and her caregivers, Lorie and Donyea.
