She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Schmelz and Edna Schmelz (Brandt); her husband Richard "Dick" Pollie; her sister Karol Butler; and her brothers-in-law, Tom Butler, Dave Devlin, Frank Sanders and Pete Folkringa.
She is survived by: her children, Scott Pollie (Jayne), Steven Pollie (Laurie) and Molly Tomasunas (Paul); her grandchildren, Matthew Pollie (Marc), Monica Pollie, Mitchell Pollie, Myles Pollie, Ryan Pollie (Sarah), Justin Pollie, Mikayla Tomasunas and Kevin Tomasunas; her sister Karen Sanders; and her sisters-in-law, Judy Devlin and Mary Folkringa.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 4th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM and on Monday, October 5th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A memorial service will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Peter's Lutheran Church (310 E Division St NE, Rockford, MI 49341).
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to St. Peter's Lutheran Church.
