He is survived by: his children, Kathleen Passow, Ruth Foster (Scott) and Richard Babler Jr.; his grandchildren, Dale, Kerriann, Allen, Justin (Chelsea), Sarah, Taylor (Christina), Breanna (Jamis) and Michael; his great grandchild Lucas; and his siblings-in-law, Frank Foss (Barb), Bill Foss (Joan), Lois VanDyk, Art Decker and Ken Decker (Marlene).
