He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Woolworth and Ila Woolworth; and his siblings, Elmer, Francis Woolworth, Gilda Teeter and Mary Tiede.
He is survived by: his wife Illa Mae Woolworth; his children, Cindy Langstaff (Allan), Charity Langstaff, Peggy Woolworth (Kevin), Herbert Woolworth (Cristin), Elizabeth Hitchingham (Patrick) and Jessica Kretoski (Joey); and his siblings, Rene Leclear, Opal Ball (Irv), Phyllis Woolworth, Jim Woolworth (Dorene), Ivan Woolworth (Janet), Larry Woolworth (Janet), Phil Woolworth (Wanda) and Merlin Tiede. He is also survived by 28 grandchildren including spouses, and 9 great-grandchildren.
