He was predeceased by: his son Scott Clark; his parents, Ralph Clark and Mae Clark (Singer); and his sisters, Clara Miller and Deanna Natschke.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Clark; and his siblings, Gathel Vinton and Lester Clark.
Memorial contributions in Starr's honor may be made to the Henry Ford Allegiance Hospice Home.
