He was predeceased by: his parents, Clark Allen and Hazel Allen; and his siblings, Chuck, Jerry Allen and Maggie Allen.
He is survived by: his wife Stephanie Allen (Racine); his daughter Angela Crow (Daniel); his grandchildren, Skylar, Shiane (Kris) and Sydnee Sawyer; his great grandchildren, Kipton, Bearett and Thelma Joy; his grandchildren, Amy Rowland (Scott), Andrea Eggleston (Jeremy), Wyatt, Wynter, Wyla, Wexly, Wayden and Weston; his great grandchild Donnie; his grandchildren, Steven Allen (Sarah), Zackary and Mackenzie; his siblings, Christina Holmquist and Kenneth Allen (Kathy); and his siblings-in-law, Michael Racine (Bobbie), Theresa Allen and Evelyn Ricord (Mike). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
