He was predeceased by: his wife Peg; his siblings, Louise Lawson, Caralene Skelton, Harold, Gordon, Diane and Kathy; and his parents, Harold Preston and Edith Nichols.
He is survived by: his children, Renee Schreffler (Eric), Laura Preston and Paul Preston; and his stepchildren, Kellie Scheibelhut-DeMeyer, Jill Scheibelhut and Erin Stears (Jason). He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
