He was predeceased by: his parents, James Donley and Margaret Johnson (Clark); his wife Pam; and his daughter Beth. He is survived by: his children, Jennifer (Fred Roberts), Dustin (Ashley) and Tiffany (Caleb); his grandchildren, Tommie Hicks, Jr., Donald Hicks, Morgan, McKenzie, Brayden, Jase, Gauge, Landon and Delaney; and his siblings, Marilyn (Fred Bingaman), Tracy Dimmick of Teresa Dimmick, M. C, Scott (Jennifer Johnson), Laura (Greg Birmingham) and Deb Donley. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, extended relatives, and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be directed to the Center for Hospice Care, 2579 Old US 20 E, Elkhart, IN 46516.
