He is survived by: his mother Debra Kay Ratliff (Swiney) of Michigan; his wife Melanie Rose; his daughters, Kaitlyn Ratliff of Kentucky, Alissa Ratliff of Kentucky and Emily White (Aaron) of Kentucky; his grandson Wesley; his father William Goble Ratliff of Kentucky; and his siblings, Joanna Swiney of Michigan, Chasity Swiney of Michigan and Paul Ratliff of Kentucky.
