He was predeceased by: his father-in-law Mieczyslaw Swidwinski (Mike). He is survived by: his parents, Chester Elkins (Gwen) and Rosemary Cranmer (Phil); his wife Anna Elkins; his pet Ranger; his sisters, Angie Goodfellow (Josh), Melanie Porter (Scott) and Stacy Francis (Rob); his sister-in-law Lara Botting (Justin); and his nieces and nephews, Taylor, Logan, Chloe and Milo. He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, and coworkers.
