He was predeceased by: his wife Norma "Jane" Kromer; and his son Michael Kromer. He is survived by: his children, Angela Rattinger (Kerry), Bob Kromer (Mary) and Mary Leavell (Terry); his grandchildren, Emma Kromer, Ben Weiss (Darcy), Steve Weiss, Nick Weiss, Joe Kromer (Alli), Jordan Kromer (Francisco), Andrew Kromer (Amanda), Jennifer Rechtzigel (Andy), Scott Mierendorf, Tom Mierendorf and Jeremy Leavell (Halie); his daughter-in-law Laurie Kromer; his sister Mary Lou; and his siblings-in-law, Jim Wagner (Glenda), Barb Rickert and Debbie Schoo. He is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
