She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerit "John" Veldhuis and Frances Veldhuis (Roelofs); her son Charles Edward Piccard; and her sister Geraldine Huizenga. She is survived by: her husband Henry R. Piccard, Jr.; her brothers, Harvey Veldhuis (Laura) and Ronald Veldhuis (Vicki); and her siblings-in-law, James Piccard and Elaine VanHouten (Wally). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
