He was predeceased by: Brian May. He is survived by: his wife Lisa M. Potts (May); his children, Madison, MJ (Matthew James) and Bryson; his parents, James Potts and Bette Potts (Walton); his siblings, Mike Potts (Rhonda), Aaron Potts (Karla) and Marie Geerlings (John); his parents-in-law, James and Edna May (Gross); and his siblings-in-law, Theresa Steffes (Steve), Cheryl Harrison (John), Tim May (Ruth) and Jimmy May (Sooz). He is also survived by his family at Vortec, many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Memorial contributions may be made to Nathan Syrek Memorial Fund in honor of Matt Potts.
