He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Rasch and Edna Rasch. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Rasch; and his children, Chuck Rasch (Hope), Kathy Marble (Bernie), Sherry Bean and Duane Rasch (Amy). He is also survived by grandchildren; and 4 great-grandchildren.
