He was predeceased by: his parents, Perry Clinger and Dorothy A. Clinger (Soules); and his children, Thomas Clinger and Phyllis Wireman. He is survived by: his wife JoAnn; his children, Tim Clinger (Shelly) of Coral and Terry White (Mel, II) of Greenville; and his sisters, Maxine of Coral, Joyce and Linda of Florida. He is also survived by many grandchildren; many great grandchildren.
