The memory of Edwin James Hansen of Coral, Michigan, who passed away on July 19, 2025 at the age of 91, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Hansen and Lillie Mae Hansen (Richards). He is survived by: his wife Linda Rowland; his children, Shari Giglio (Mike) of Florida, Cindy Whitaker (George) of Kalamazoo, Michelle McElhinny (Kim) of Lakeview, James Hansen (Tammy) of Texas and Alicia Nadeau (Steve) of Coral; his grandchildren, Cari, Scott, Nathan, Betsy, Angela, Darcey, Tiffany, Jacob, Blake, Skylar, Gunner, Hunter, Tyler and Jared; his sister Allora Oppeneer of Grand Rapids; and his siblings-in-law, Cheryl Rowland of Sand Lake and Robert Bowers of Coral. He is also survived by 23 great-grandchildren; and one great-great granddaughter.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Thursday, July 24th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the New Life United Methodist Church (6584 W Howard City-Edmore, Six Lakes, MI 48886).
