He was predeceased by: his father Jimmy Caraway; his wife Ruth Klein; his parent Monabelle Ostrander (Smith); his siblings, Judy Guillroy, Debbie Christie and Kenny Caraway; and his stepfather Charles "Bud" Ostrander.
He is survived by: his children, Holly Bloss (Andy), Tim Caraway (Amanda) and Jorden Caraway; his stepmother Linda Caraway; his sisters, Sue Frank (Jeff) and Connie Smith (Jay); his aunt Lucy Chahoy; and his stepsiblings, Richard Brandon, Buddy Ray Brandon, Crystal Schmitt and Susan Elmore (Robert). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren.
